CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and rates :

All booking confirmations will be made via our intranet platform.

The customer undertakes to provide the following information:

• The names of the passengers who will be travelling in our vehicles
• Number of luggage items
• Telephone contact

Payment for the trip must be made at the time of booking before the scheduled departure.

Fares :

All our quotes are in euros, all taxes included.

Terms of payment :

Payment can be made in two ways:

By credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via a payment link sent to the customer. The customer must have all the necessary authorizations to use his/her credit card.

Cancellation conditions :

A penalty will be retained according to the following scale:

• 100% of the fare for cancellations on the day of departure.
• 50% of the fare for cancellations made 2 days before departure.
• 25% of the fare for cancellations made 4 days prior to departure.

Cancellation by C-Limousine :

In the event of cancellation for weather reasons, a full refund will be made, and you will be offered a quote for alternative transport. All refunds will be made by bank transfer, and a bank statement will be required. In the event of cancellation for technical reasons, another vehicle of the same category will be made available to you as soon as possible. No financial compensation will be granted to passengers in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, technical incidents or force majeure, other than reimbursement of the fare. The company assumes no responsibility for missed connections, and no financial compensation will be granted in the event of delays.

Insurance :

C-Limousine insures passengers in accordance with its legal obligations. The company holds the necessary authorizations for passenger transport. Any dispute or claim must be sent to C-Limousine by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days of the date of the service giving rise to the dispute.

After this period, no claim will be admissible.

Liability :

We decline all responsibility for products lost or damaged in our vehicles.
