Booking and Rates

All booking confirmations must be made through our intranet platform.

The client agrees to provide the following information:

The names of all passengers traveling in our vehicles

The number of pieces of luggage

A contact telephone number

Payment for the journey must be made at the time of booking, prior to the scheduled departure.

Rates

All our quotes are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

Payment Terms

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

By credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via a secure payment link sent to the client.
The client must hold all necessary authorizations to use their payment card.

Cancellation by the Client

A cancellation fee will be charged according to the following scale:

100% of the fare if cancellation occurs on the day of departure

50% of the fare if cancellation occurs 2 days before departure

25% of the fare if cancellation occurs 4 days before departure

Cancellation by C-Limousine

In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, a full refund of the journey will be issued, and an alternative transportation quotation will be offered.
All refunds will be made by bank transfer, for which a bank account statement (RIB) will be required.

In case of technical issues, another vehicle of the same category will be provided as soon as possible.
No financial compensation will be granted to passengers in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, technical incidents, or force majeure, except for the refund of the journey.

The company assumes no responsibility for missed connections, and no financial compensation will be provided in case of delay.

Insurance

C-Limousine insures its passengers in accordance with its legal obligations.
The company holds all required authorizations for passenger transportation.

Any dispute or claim must be submitted to C-Limousine by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days from the date of the service giving rise to the claim.

After this period, no claim will be accepted.

Liability

C-Limousine declines all responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items inside its vehicles.
